Making Motivation: How to start (and keep) exercising! FREE Saturday Scoop February 9th, 2019

February 7, 2019

Saturday Scoop is still FREE the entire month of February! . This Saturday, continue your journey of change but figuring out how to finally start, and stick to a regular exercise program. RSVP required.

Do you start a new exercise program only to find yourself falling of the wagon after a few weeks? Are you struggling to even get  started?  Even though we know exercise has MANY health benefits, life (and Netflix) get in the way, and exercise slowly moves down our priority list. If this applies to you, join clinical exercise physiologist, Rachel Trope, MS CEP, in an interactive session on how to harness different types of motivation to start a new exercise program, or to keep your current routine going.

What is Saturday Scoop? If you’ve never been to Saturday Scoop, every Saturday one of our amazing clinicians leads a 1-hour interactive group (10:00 am to 11:00 am) that cover a variety of health or weight related topics. In February, we will explore why exercising on a regular basis is so difficult, work on changing how we think about our food and body image, and explore the world of obesity medication.
