You don’t have to buy bulky equipment, or step foot into a gym. Conquer the barriers to strength training, and start getting stronger! The session will conclude with a short exercise routine that can be done in your own home, or while traveling.
What is Saturday Scoop? If you’ve never been to Saturday Scoop, every Saturday one of our amazing clinicians leads a 1-hour interactive group (10:00 am to 11:00 am) that cover a variety of health or weight related topics. Each sessions involves helpful information and a group discussion.
