Whether you have exercised before, or need structure and support to start, this class is for you. Escape into exercise with a live, virtual exercise class lead by clinical exercise physiologist, Rachel T. To participate, all you need is a sturdy chair, a solid wall and an internet connection. This workout is appropriate for all levels, and can be modified to fit anyone’s needs. Participants are encouraged to rest and recover as needed, and modifications will be offered throughout class.
