Self Care Saturday 9.5.20

Saturday Scoop is on vacation this weekend in honor of the Labor Day Holiday. We will be back next Saturday with a live cooking demo! Spend this time focusing on self-care instead. Try and incorporate one (or more) of the following into your holiday weekend, or create your own self-care agenda.

  • Take a walk - good for the body and the mind

  • Take 3 deep breaths, focusing on each inhale and each exhale, put you other thoughts to the side for that time

  • Add 1 serving of vegetables to your daily nutrition routine

  • Read a book

  • Try something new

  • Connect with friends (virtually or from a safe distance)

  • Try yoga
