Spring is here! As temperatures get warmer, and vaccines get distributed, we will all be going out more and seeing friends and family. Join the Motivation Mania team to celebrate our gradual return to socializing, while continuing to focus on your personal exercise, nutrition, and self-care goals. 

The past year has been challenging on many levels. Let our team be your support, your cheerleader, and your sounding board as we enter this next phase of beginning COVID recovery, a NEW "new" normal. 

What is Motivation Mania?

Over a 12-week period, you will achieve personal victories, while pushing and inspiring your teammates towards progress. 

  • Submit weekly individual exercise, nutrition and/or self-care goals, while simultaneously working towards a collective team challenge.

  • Collaborate with teammates to celebrate successes and overcome barriers via virtual check-ins and a discussion forum.

  • Track individual and team progress through the team Progress Board.

  • Encourage your teammates, share the tricks that work for you, and receive professional tips, handouts, feedback, recipes and more.  

  • Discuss successes and struggles at the bi-weekly live virtual check-ins lead by alternating members of our clinical team. 

  • Receive the weekly Motivation Monday newsletter with exercise, nutrition and self-care tips, tricks and handouts

  • For every week you submit a goal, get one entry into a bi-weekly raffle for an Amazon gift-card

What do I have to do?

Each week you will set new goals and reflect on how your previous week's goals went! Goals can be set in just one or all three categories (nutrition, exercise, self-care) - it's up to you! Update your progress weekly via the Progress Board website. The progress you make automatically gets counted towards the team challenge. Individual and team progress will be shared anonymously via the Progress Board each week. 

What is included?
  • The "how -to" and "why" of goal setting

  • The chance to set individual goals in exercise, nutrition and/or self-care

  • Individual and team accountability via the Progress Board and bi-weekly live virtual check-ins

  • An "opt in" option to get email follow up if you do not submit your goals

  • A team challenge exercise challenge - virtually hike the Pacific Crest with your team

  • A weekly Motivation Monday newsletter with exercise, nutrition, and self-care tips and tricks from our clinical experts 

  • Access to the Progress Board website

  • Access to a virtual forum for sharing tips, motivation, and asking questions

  • Access to our virtual walking group 

  • Entry into bi-weekly raffle drawings for Amazon gift card when you submit your goals

Get the most out of the the program by attending this live kick-off event. Dr. Rubino and Rachel T. will go over goal-setting techniques and how to find motivation for change. You will "meet" your fellow teammates, and collaborate on tips and tricks for staying motivated.
Official Program Start:  Sunday, April 10th, 2021
Official Program End: Sunday, June 20th, 2021
Cost: $265 (averaging to $22 per week)

FAQs
What happens if I don't meet my goal?

All you have to do is participate! We will be looking to our teammates for inspiration, motivation and team spirit. You can share words of encouragement, virtual high-fives, and keys to your own success. You can even upload photos to document your journey. Remember, participation is progress! Every week you will have the chance to refine and re-structure your goals to meet your needs.

Do I have to share my goals with the team?

Sharing is optional but encouraged. The objective is to support and uplift each other! Goal sharing will be done anonymously through the Progress Board. You will be able to opt out of sharing your goals with the team if you choose. Either way, your accomplishments will automatically count towards the team challenge whether you choose to share or not. 

Is this a competition?

There is no inter-person competition. The only "competition" is with yourself and your own goal setting.

Are there any prizes?

For each week you set your goals and report your progress, you will get one entry into our Amazon gift card raffle. Every other week, a winner will be drawn!

What is the virtual kick-off event?

The virtual kick-off is Saturday, April 10th, 9:00 AM and is included in the program cost. Dr. Rubino and Rachel T. will discuss the program and go over goal-setting techniques to make your Motivation Mania experience even more successful! You will get to "meet" your teammates and ask questions. If you have not yet signed up for the program, but want to attend, the cost is $15.
