SATURDAY SCOOP- PRE-REGISTER TODAY- Live Streaming

  • Saturdays 10:00 - 11:00 am

  • Sessions covering different weight management topics ranging from adequate protein intake, finding your best activity to coping with emotions, followed by a group discussion.

  • Led by alternating member of our teams (clinical psychologist, exercise physiologist or dietitian) 

  • FREE for active comprehensive program patients, $15/group for others (orig. $35) .

Finding new and delicious ways to prepare vegetables is a common interest. Now, during "stay at home" and with fewer grocery store trips, finding ways to make vegetables last is a priority as well! Join Lauren in her kitchen to discuss different ways to prepare vegetables, and ways to make vegetables last longer - from which ones to pick to how to prepare them. She'll also walk you through storing, prepping and cooking a few examples!

Open Discussion Support Group (Virtual) with psychologist Rachel Burnett, PhD

Sundays  from 3 - 4 PM- ongoing every Sunday except May 24th (Memorial Day weekend)

Feeling stressed out? Need some support and interaction? Bring your questions and concerns about life during COVID-19 in general, its impact on your weight management efforts, and strategies for managing it all to this drop-in, virtual group. FREE for active comprehensive program patients, $20/group for others.

EXERCISE SERVICES

Live Virtual Exercise Group- Tuesday/Thursday at Noon (12 PM) & Thursday at 5:30 PM, 

Escape into exercise with this live virtual exercise class lead by clinical exercise physiologist, Amy A.  To participate, all you need is a sturdy chair, a solid wall and an internet connection. This workout is appropriate for all levels, and can be modified to fit anyone’s needs. Modifications will be offered throughout class.​

  • Includes pre/post workout discussion, plus stretching.

  • Available once weekly-additional classes will be added if enough interest.

  • $15

1-on-1 Virtual Kitchen Consult 

  • One of our dietitians will join you virtually, from their kitchen to yours.

  • Learn how to use food items in your kitchen as part of meals and snacks.

  • Brainstorm meal planning ideas.

  • Ask questions about specific foods in your kitchen.

  • Learn basic prep and cooking skills, such as knife skills or how to roast vegetables.

  • Prep a specific dish together using ingredients in your kitchen.
