Live Virtual Exercise Group


Tuesdays and Thursday at 12:00 pm 

Bring movement into your living room with clinical exercise physiologist Rachel T's live virtual exercise class. Move your body in a way that's comfortable for you. To participate, all you need is a sturdy chair, a solid wall and an internet connection. These cardio and strength training workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications will be offered and encouraged throughout class. Individual modifications are available on as-needed basis. All workouts include a warm up, cool down, and post-workout stretch.

If you are looking for more accountability in your weight-loss journey, but are short on time, consider Accountability Express. These weekly virtual 15-minute appointments are perfect for someone with a busy schedule, or who feels they do not need a full visit to address weight-loss related issues. 

  • Meet weekly with either the Clinical Exercise Physiologist or Registered Dietician 

  • Each session can be used to fit your needs. For example:

    • Quick check in

    • 7-minute workout

    • Brief nutrition discussion

    • Goal setting and barrier identification

  • Schedule additional time in advance as needed

  • Clinical Exercise Physiologist - $100 for 4 visits

  • Registered Dietician - $150.00 for 4 visits 

  • If you are not a current active patient, an intake appointment will be required
