Here is what we have going on this Saturday, August, 18th.

7:30 AM: Washington Center Walks Group Walk

Whether you want to walk 10 minutes or 3 miles this group walk is for you. Join the #WashingtonCenterWalks team every-other Saturday for a morning walk with a side of great conversation and support. All fitness levels are welcome! Pace and distance will vary depending on your specific needs.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Saturday Scoop; Summer Strength Series #3

Join Rachel Trope, MS, CEP for the final Summer Strength Series Session: Go Slow! Often-times we speed through our workouts to get them over with. Slowing down your movements can increase benefit, and decrease risk of injury. We will focus on form and breath to target muscle groups in a new way.
