Walking Group
Every Friday, 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM
Weekly 30-minute group walk, followed by a post-walk stretch with Clinical Exercise Physiologist Rachel Trope, MS, CEP
Meet in the lobby at 11:00 am and head down to walk in the parking garage (level B2)
Walk for 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes at any pace that is comfortable for you!

Whether you want to walk for 3 minutes or 3 miles this group walk is for you. Join the our Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Rachel Trope, MS, CEP and the #WashingtonCenterWalks group every-other Saturday for a morning walk with a side of great conversation and support. All fitness levels are welcome! Pace and distance will vary depending on your specific needs.

One of the most difficult challenges for people trying to lose weight and change their lifestyle is maintaining motivation. A well-recognized method for maintaining motivation is working with a Primary Goal. Join clinical psychologist Rachel Burnett, PhD to hear more about Primary Goals and learn strategies for incorporating them into your routine to help you stay motivated and on track!
