Saturday Scoop 3.7.20; Flexible Restraint - What is it, and why is it helpful?

Flexible restraint is an approach to eating that encourages limiting calories, without applying strict, “all-or-nothing” rules that can lead to feeling deprived and getting off-track. Research suggests it helps people develop healthy eating patterns that they can better sustain over the long-term. Join clinical psychologist Rachel Burnett, PhD for a discussion of flexible restraint and how you might apply these ideas to your own weight management journey.
