Are you looking for a way to move more, and engage with others? Are you struggling to establish a regular exercise habit? Escape your daily routine and join us for a LIVE virtual exercise class lead by clinical exercise physiologist, Rachel Trope MS, CEP. These workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications are given and encouraged throughout the class.
How it works:
Step 1: Select one (or more) classes to register for
Step 2: Register by emailing Michele at mvaughan@wtmgmt.com
Step 3: You will receive an email every Tuesday with links to that week's classes
Step 4: Attend from the comfort of your own home
What you need:
A clear wall with space for wall pushups
A solid chair
Resistance bands or lite dumbbells (substitute soup cans or water bottles if you don't have weights)
Water
Your favorite music to blast during your workout
