As it gets darker and colder outside, many people feel their energy and motivation drain during these months. They might even start to feel depressed and have a harder time functioning. These can all be indicative of Seasonal Affective Disorder (or SAD). The good news is there are many things you can do to help yourself feel better during this time, many of which are easy and free or inexpensive.   • Live streaming on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 11:00 am

  • Join us from the comfort of your own home

  • Each session covers different weight management topics ranging from adequate protein intake, finding your best activity, to coping with emotions, followed by a group discussion

  • Led by alternating member of our teams (clinical psychologist, exercise physiologist or dietitian)
