Join Clinical Exercise Physiologist Rachel T. as she breaks down the nuances of specific bodyweight, dumbbell, and resistance band moves. Sometimes, just a slight tweak of form or person-specific modification can make an exercise move right for you. We will focus on how to stand (or sit) during exercise, the mechanics of a movement, and core engagement to maximize benefit, and minimize risk of injury.
