Get ready to hone the body-breath connection in this active Saturday Scoop. Rachel T. will lead you through series of gentle mobility and stretching exercises for your entire body. Come dressed in comfortable clothing, and have a sturdy chair handy. All movements can be adapted to fit your needs. What is Virtual Saturday Scoop?

  • Live streaming on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 11:00 am

  • Join us from the comfort of your own home

  • Each session covers different weight management topics ranging from adequate protein intake, finding your best activity, to coping with emotions, followed by a group discussion

  • Led by alternating member of our teams (clinical psychologist, exercise physiologist or dietitian)

FREE for active comprehensive program patients, $15/group for others (orig. $35)

I found the Virtual Saturday Scoop session regarding breathing and stretching to be incredibly timely. In our fast-paced world, taking a dedicated moment for mindfulness and physical flexibility is essential for maintaining overall well-being. Focusing on your breath and allowing the body to decompress through simple stretches can significantly reduce stress and improve mental focus for the week ahead. It is wonderful to see communities coming together virtually to support self-care routines that are both accessible and effective.
