What's Happening At Washington Center for Weight Management: Friday January 11th, and Saturday J

Every week, Washington Center for Weight Management and Research offers a fantastic variety of health and weight-loss related groups and workshops. From dealing with emotional eating to cooking, to working out, we are here to help you make 2019 your healthiest and happiest year yet! The best part is, you don't have to be a patient to participate!

This week, don't forget to check out Saturday Scoop with Matthew D'Aria, RD where you can learn how to make a delicious kale and quinoa soup. Scroll down to see what groups and workshops we have to offer. For more information on individual programs, or on any of our groups, call 703.807.0037, or email Michelle at mvaughan@wtmgmt.com
