Motivation Mania is Back! Are You Ready to Get Motivated?!




Spring is here! As temperatures get warmer, and vaccines get distributed, we will all be going out more and seeing friends and family.


Join the Motivation Mania team to celebrate our gradual return to socializing, while continuing to focus on your personal exercise, nutrition, and self-care goals.


Whether you were part of round one, or your are participating for the first time, Motivation Mania can help you set and reach your goals!


The past year has been challenging on many levels. Let our team be your support, your cheerleader, and your sounding board as we enter this next phase of beginning COVID recovery, a NEW "new normal." Work together to achieve individual victories, while pushing and inspiring your teammates towards progress.

 

Live Virtual Kickoff: Saturday April 10th 2021

Start Date: Sunday April 11th, 2021

End Date: Saturday, June 26th 2021


What is Motivation Mania?

Over a 12-week virtual program, you will

  • Set weekly individual exercise, nutrition, and/or self-care goals - you decide!

  • Receive a weekly Motivation Monday newsletter with exercise, nutrition, self-care and weight management tips and handouts from our clinical staff

  • Track everyone's progress on the Progress Board website Please note, goals and progress will be posted anonymously

  • Encourage and inspire others, and BE encouraged and inspired

  • Participate in bi-weekly live virtual check-ins with alternating members of our clinical staff

  • Participate in the Motivation Mania discussion forum

  • Participate in the Motivation Mania virtual walking group

  • Participate in the bi-weekly raffle drawing

  • Tackle a 12- week team challenge
