What is Motivation Mania?
Over a 12-week virtual program, you will
Set weekly individual exercise, nutrition, and/or self-care goals - you decide!
Receive a weekly Motivation Monday newsletter with exercise, nutrition, self-care and weight management tips and handouts from our clinical staff
Track everyone's progress on the Progress Board website Please note, goals and progress will be posted anonymously
Encourage and inspire others, and BE encouraged and inspired
Participate in bi-weekly live virtual check-ins with alternating members of our clinical staff
Participate in the Motivation Mania discussion forum
Participate in the Motivation Mania virtual walking group
Participate in the bi-weekly raffle drawing
Tackle a 12- week team challenge
